The Customer's Requirement

The customer wanted a set of casino chips that could:

• Have multiple styles to choose from
• Support a relatively small production quantity
• Maintain a consistent appearance across different denominations

The challenge was finding the right balance between customization, quality, and order quantity.

Choosing the Right Chip Style

Instead of requiring the customer to develop a completely new mold, Aoke provided a selection of our existing chip molds.

This gives customers more flexibility while avoiding the additional cost and complexity associated with developing a completely new chip structure.

The customer could choose the chip styles that best matched their brand and project requirements.

Different styles can also be combined within the same order.

Custom Branding

Once the chip styles were selected, the customer's branding was incorporated into the chip design.

The chip stickers can be customized with:

• Brand logo
• Denomination
• Colors
• Text
• Custom artwork

For this project, custom sticker printing and denomination printing were included at no additional charge.

This allows the customer to create branded casino chips without needing to start the entire product development process from scratch.

Multiple Styles in One Order

One of the key advantages of this project was the ability to combine different chip styles.

Different denominations or applications can use different chip designs while maintaining the same overall brand identity.
