Case Study: North Africa Independent Casino Project

2026-06-09

A Turnkey Casino Supply Solution Delivered by Aoke Casino Supplies

1. Project Background: A Casino Built in the Desert Economy Boom

In 2025, a private investment group in North Africa initiated an ambitious plan: the development of a mid-to-high-end independent casino venue located in a rapidly growing tourism and entertainment district.

The project was not part of a hotel chain or international brand. Instead, it was a standalone commercial casino, designed to attract both international tourists and regional high-net-worth players.

The scale was defined early:

  • Total gaming tables: 50 tables
  • Including:
    • Baccarat tables
    • Blackjack tables
    • Roulette tables
    • Poker tables
  • Expected capacity: 800–1,200 guests daily

However, despite strong investment backing, the project faced a critical challenge.

They had no stable gaming equipment supply chain.

  • Playing cards from different factories showed color deviation under casino lighting
  • Delivery schedules were fragmented across 3–4 months
  • Table accessories were not standardized
  • Communication gaps between vendors created integration risk

At one point, the project manager described the situation as:

“We are building a casino, but we are assembling chaos."

With opening deadlines fixed and construction already advanced, the client needed a single integrated supplier capable of delivering a full gaming ecosystem — not just products.

This was when Aoke Casino Supplies was introduced to the project.

3. Aoke Solution: From Product Supply to System Integration

After initial consultation, Aoke repositioned the project from “multi-vendor procurement" to a turnkey casino supply system.

The core proposal included:
